FIL has an outstanding management team with a proven delivery track record composed of four experienced and successful healthcare industry professionals, with two non-executive directors who bring additional essential skills in the finance sector and expertise in infertility medicine.

In addition to the senior management team, the Company has access to three of the top fertility experts in the world to advise on matters of science and medicine, and to help FIL in product development and clinical trials.

The team has a deep understanding of all the scientific and medical aspects of infertility, which combined with years of experience in the environment of the fertility market gives us a comprehensive understanding of the needs of both direct customers (fertility clinics) and the ultimate consumer (the patient). It also understands the economics of this marketplace as well as all the differences in treatment and payment practices that vary from country to country.

The Company’s senior management and advisory team has a successful track record of inventing, patenting, developing and investing in world leading medical technology products, whilst being able to deal with all the issues associated with clinical trials and regulatory approvals required worldwide.

In Michael James and the CEO designate, who have been working together since 2011 on the business planning of the company, FIL has the additional benefit of being headed up by individuals with an unparalleled record in marketing new products in the infertility sector to both consumers and medical markets, through the creation and building of the appropriate core skills required for success.
